Electronic Medical Records

One can configure procedure advices, Tag patients. As each Doctors have their own way of capturing notes, the templates can be developed as per doctors inputs. Appointment Management
KeyClinic’s Appointment Management module helps you to streamline Clinics operation. You can create different schedules for each Doctor based on their specialities. Appointment scheduling allows you to send SMS on taking appointments, appointment reminders can be scheduled as per your requirement. SMS are also send on cancellation of appointment. Reports available to show how many appointment patients turned up in a day and their visit numbers.
Finance & Accounting
KeyClinic’s Billing module allows you to create different fees structure for revisits based on their first visit to recent visit. Alerts are shown on pending payments from patient at the time of Billing. Billing estimates can be shared with patient. KeyClinic allows you to maintain strict control over all financial transactions with user defined access rights and a full audit trail of all the payment activities including options for a supervisory password for giving discounts.
Analysis & Reports
KeyClinic’s Reporting modules includes various preconfigured report that give you an insight into your clinic performance in a way you have never seen before. You can get information on Referral Doctors, Daily collection, Department wise revenue breakup, revenue by Doctors.
